Brainy Babies: The Role of Parents & Caregivers with Strategies to Ensure the Healthy Development of Baby Brains

If you ever took time to just watch babies, you have probably noticed how they often look like little scientists: examining that wrapping paper so carefully or watching people go by so attentively.

It is widely known that the first few years are the most important in brain development, yet, we constantly hear the following statement: …“There is just not much to do with a 4 or 6 months old.”

Add a pandemic into the mix, and you will find many new parents worry about COVID19’s impact in the healthy development of their babies with the lack of socialization with “nowhere to go and no one to play with.”

After a quick overview of the theory, you will learn a number of strategies and activities to do with your little ones that will surely boost their cognitive and socioemotional development, with or without a pandemic.

The Brainery: Fueling Brain Builders

The Brainery is a community of intellect-oriented, high-achieving parents and caregivers committed to their ongoing learning as it reflects directly on the way they raise the children. These Brain Builders take advantage of the best practices and resources available today in order to raise children who reach their full potential.

The Classes

Academic and evidence-based research is used to develop all classes. Most of them are based on graduate-level classes that have been tailored specifically for parents and caregivers of young children.

In an effort to recognize and value the experience and knowledge each parent or caregiver brings to each class, peer discussion is to be expected.
